Pre-paid costs €4 per form, sold in packs of 5. Complete is €25 per month and includes the Business add-on. Lifetime is €189 one-time, or 12 monthly payments of €16. Prices exclude VAT. Every plan includes unlimited responses, unlimited team members and a custom domain.

Can I try Deftform for free?

Every page follows the same structure: a quick verdict, a feature table, pricing side by side, a cost example for a 5-person agency over 12 months, and a short guide to switching. Competitor prices are shown in the currency they publish, usually USD; Deftform prices are in EUR and exclude VAT. We don't convert currencies.
