FAQ
Youform offers a lot for free: unlimited forms and responses within fair use, logic, calculations, signatures and integrations like Google Sheets, Slack, Zapier and webhooks. For a solo creator, that's excellent value.
Teams run into the seat limits. According to Youform's pricing page, Free includes one user, Pro ($29/month or $240/year) up to 3 team members, and Business ($89/month or $720/year) 5 team members, with extra seats at $10/month each. Custom domains, removing Youform branding and Stripe payments start at Pro.
Deftform has no seat limits. Every plan includes unlimited team members, unlimited responses and a custom domain with SSL. You choose how to pay:
Pre-paid: €4 per form, sold in packs of 5.
Complete: €25 per month for everything, including the Business add-on with email verification.
Lifetime: €189 one-time, or 12 monthly payments of €16.
Stripe payments (with no Deftform fees), webhooks, the API and custom CSS and JS are part of every plan, not an upgrade.
